We do not cover the 5% tax that EA imposes on each card purchase. It is therefore very important that you list a card with a buy now of exactly how many coins you have ordered. E.g If you have bought 100,000 coins you will need to list a card with a Buy Now of 100,000. Listing for any amount other than this will result in a new card needing to be listed and slower order processing.
Can I Still Buy Coins If I Am Using A Different Currency?

Is There A Reason I Haven't Received My Coins?
Please double check you have done the following;
- Make sure you have bought the right product XBOX or PS3
- Make sure you have listed your player for the correct BUY NOW price. So if you are buying 100k, list your player for 100k BUY NOW price.

Why Has My Order Not Been Delivered Yet?
There are several different reasons why such as:

If the chat is offline and you have a problem leave a message and it will send an email directly to us. We will deal with all problems during this offline phase by 12:00 GMT the next day.
