Yes. Though our prices are in USD other currencies such as the EURO or the POUND can be used to make purchases. The price will be auto-converted at checkout to your currency. You don't have to do anything special

Most deliveries are completed within 3 hours. If it will take longer than 3 hours to complete your order, you will be notified via email. It may take up to three hours to deliver coins on rare occurrence.

Please keep in Mind: There is a possibility it can take up to 24 hours if the EA servers are down or if team members are not able to get online because of their internet service providers.

Past 24 hours, we will give you a full refund plus 5% of the purchased amount in coins

Customer service is #1 to us. If we can't deliver your coins within 24 hours from the time purchased, we will refund your money 100%, no questions asked, plus give you 5% of the purchased amount in coins.

After purchase and delivery/transfer of coins, NO REFUNDS will be given.

We take every precaution to ensure your coins are delivered safely, but we assume no liability and will issue no refunds if your account were to get banned or suspended due to buying coins.

If we are not able to deliver your coins within 3 hours of purchase, you will be notified via email. If we are not able to deliver your coins within 24 hours you receive a full refund and 5% of the purchased amount in coins as our apology (SEE 110% GUARANTEE)
